Terms and Conditions for Dragon Dreaming Shuttle Service

1. All tickets purchased are non-refundable.

2. The time stated is the coach departure time. Anyone who is not ready to board 10 minutes prior to departure time may not be allowed to board the coach and no refunds will be payable.

3. The maximum luggage allowance is 1 x 23kg suitcase and 1 x standard rucksack per person. Any luggage above this limit will not be allowed on the coach.

4. No alcohol or smoking is allowed to be consumed on the coach.

5. Anyone clearly intoxicated will not be allowed to board the vehicles.

6. The service stops on route will be chosen by the driver. No additional stop requests will be granted.

7. The person booking the ticket has sole responsibility for their luggage. The coach driver nor coach operator accepts any responsibility for lost luggage.

8. The bus may run on both dates OR one or the other depending on demand. You will be contacted 2 weeks prior to the event if the date of the pick up is different to the one you have selected.
